What you will do
  • Reporting to the  Global SVP Customer Success you will recruit, motivate, and lead a team of high-performance Customer Solution Engineers focused on serving Enterprise customers.
  • Drive GRR/NRR metrics growth within your book of business with tight alignment with the Sales leadership in your geo
  • Injecting thought leadership, strategic planning and innovation into both -Customer activities but internal initiatives.
What you will bring you
  • 10+ years experience in operational leadership role (corporate, sales, customer success)
  • Relevant hands-on technical experience, in one or more of the following domains: public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Virtualization, Networking, -Kubernetes/containers, Security, Scripting, APIs, or other related technical domains.
  • Deep understanding of software businesses, with knowledge of both the subscription and renewal models.
